Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the underlay or accessories are securely wrapped in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Shipping
Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
